Before coming into massage therapy, Dabin was in a career that kept her in a lab and at a desk, putting in too many hours every week – something that is becoming more and more common in every industry today. She juggled daily work with muscle tension that contributed to headaches and postural dysfunctions. Dabin knew that in order to be productive at work, the physical discomfort had to be addressed and sought out an RMT.
Since becoming an RMT herself, many of Dabin’s patients see her to treat those exact conditions that she had been all too familiar with, such as tension headaches, tingling and numbness, low back pain and internally rotated shoulders. She is motivated to work with patients to adjust their daily living activities to decrease and manage stress and tension, especially as an alternative to pain medications.
When not at the clinic, Dabin enjoys listening to podcasts while gardening and spending time with her husband, daughter and their Frenchie.
