Kathleen finds fulfillment in life by helping others – it’s one of the main reasons she got into massage therapy in the first place. For her, massage therapy isn’t just a career, it is a way of affirming life, allowing her to help people find healing and strength and the courage to take on another day.
Part of her philosophy means adapting her treatments to every patient’s unique needs as treatment goes on: carefully tracking progress, constantly evaluating barriers and outcomes during therapy, and checking in with patients to ensure that their treatments are aligned with their personal wellness goals.
Kathleen brings a wealth of experience in treating trauma and acute conditions, particularly involving frozen shoulder, overuse injuries, trauma and pain from the injuries caused by motor vehicle accidents, as well as treating patients with pre and post-natal conditions. Knowing that aches, pains and injuries have the real capacity to grind our lives to a halt, Kathleen is driven to bring massage therapy as a means of getting results for patients: of reducing, mitigating, and most importantly – resolving these frustrating barriers to health and wellness.
When Kathleen is not working at the clinic, you can usually find her sewing, cycling, painting, or enjoying the company of her husband and their house-rabbits, Willow and Bandit.
